Every single sauce on our menu is made in-house, from scratch, using our own recipes and real ingredients. We don’t buy pre-made sauces and “jazz them up”… we build them from the ground up, dialing in every flavor until it’s exactly how we want it. It’s more work, no doubt, but it’s also the reason every bite at Turbo hits the way it does.

Before you get into the details, there’s one thing to know: every single sauce at Turbo Chicken is made in-house, from scratch, using our own recipes. Our house BBQ sauce is rich, smoky, and layered with flavor from the first bite to the last. BLEU CHEESE

NBQ is one of our signature sauces, and it’s pure Turbo. We take our house-made BBQ and blend it with our Nashy sauce to create something bold, smoky, and just slightly spicy. Less heat than Nashy, but with all the flavor. It’s the perfect balance of sweet, savory, and heat, and it absolutely shines on sandwiches, tenders, and loaded tots.

RANCH
Our ranch is made from scratch with real ingredients, and you can taste the difference immediately. Fresh chopped dill, buttermilk, and lemon juice give it a bright, herby flavor that stands out from anything bottled. It’s a staple for dipping tenders, cooling down heat, or finishing off loaded tots.

 

SEOUL SAUCE
Inspired by Korean flavors, our Seoul sauce is creamy with a subtle heat and deep umami from gochujang. Made in-house with a smooth base and balanced seasoning, it brings something different to the table. It pairs especially well with chicken sandwiches and adds a bold twist to tot builds.

 

SPICY RANCH
